Our die cutting services division can start with an idea, a sketch, blueprint or CAD disk, and make rolls, sheets, or highly specialized parts from some of the hundreds of materials available. Our custom die cutting capabilities range from computerized laser die cutting of intricate designs, tight tolerance perforating of virtually all non-metals, laminating and specialty coatings, gasket beading, kiss cutting, four color process or two color flexo printing, die cutting I/O discs, circles, rings and endcaps, as well as hand labor for specialized application on startups and low volume projects. We do high and low tech jobs and are cost competitive at both.
A few of our products: battery separators, insulators, discs, shims; perforated paper and paper board for automotive filter outer wraps, shells, and mesh mounting; pads and discs for air fresheners; intricate, close tolerance, die cut materials for the automotive industry; or gaskets and dashboard back plates.
- Die Cutting: High speed rotary die cutting and progressive blanking, multi-cavity compound or laser rule die cutting. Specialized die cutting: intricate patterns such as transmission gaskets or simple discs or rings. From roll to roll, or sheets. ISO 9001, QS 9000.
- Kiss Cutting: Precise partial depth cutting for laminates with adhesive backed materials.
- Slitting: wide & narrow roll specialists. High speed or semi-automated rewinding for technical materials or very small width or diameter rolls, with cores or coreless; U.S., metric or custom cores available.
- Assembly: Semi-automated and hand assembly for intricate work or startups, very small roll products or specialized packaging requirements.
- Perforating: Overall and for tearing. Multiple hole patterns available to perforate paper, board, plastic, and nonwovens from sheets or rolls with inline die-cutting or printing. Click on Perforating for more details.
- Laminating: adhesives, transfer tapes with liners laminated to foil, film, paper, or nonwovens.
- Printing: 2-color flexo and 4-color process with die or kiss-cutting, perforating, or laminating in line.
- Coatings: poly, release, heat seal, adhesive, cohesive, cold-seal, hot-melt, pressure sensitive, clay, and pyroxylin.
- Interleaving: liners and tissues: neutral pH, low sulfur, acid-free, buffered, bleached or natural.
- Tape converting: Slitting, kiss-cutting, printing, die-cutting, laminating, or rewinding. Release liners applied.
- Design Service: Engineers available for developmental work, prototype design and trials, quality control initial sample inspection reports.
